Dalkia Energy Services Ltd is a leading provider of energy services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our Central Payroll Team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage the payroll process for our employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of weekly and/or monthly payroll calculations and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll data and ensure accuracy and compliance with UK statutory requirements.
  • Process payroll transactions, including weekly and monthly payrolls, and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Administer and coordinate payroll functions, including timesheets, pay rates, and welfare benefits.
  • Prepare and input data for payroll reports and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support the Payroll Manager with payroll system testing and implementation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive payroll information.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, including tax, pension, and statutory payments.
  • Experience in delivering end-to-end weekly and monthly payrolls.
  • Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Excel for data management, analytics, and reporting.
