Join the team at CH&CO, a leader in workplace catering, where we prioritize exceptional food and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a dedicated Chef to enhance our matchday experience.

Location: Charlton FC

Compensation: Starting at £12.00 per hour

Schedule: Match Days on Tuesday evenings from 5pm to 10pm and Saturdays from 11:30am to 5pm

This position involves:

  • Preparation of food for matchday kiosks.
  • Ensuring the delivery and presentation of food meets our high standards.
  • Collaborating with the kiosk team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Adhering to food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present food items for matchday service.
  • Take responsibility for the quality and presentation of all food served.
  • Assist in menu planning and development for upcoming events.
  • Manage inventory levels to reduce waste.
  • Ensure kiosks are kept clean and organized at all times.
  • Support the closing procedures of kiosks, ensuring all stock is secured and surfaces are cleaned.

Required Experience:

  • Strong personal presentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of health and hygiene standards.
  • Flexibility in work hours.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
