Watsham Consulting is seeking a seasoned professional to lead their Accounts Payable team as a Subcontractor Team Leader. This is a permanent, office-based role that requires someone with recent construction industry experience and expertise in COINS usage.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and support a team of dedicated Accounts Payable professionals to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
- Perform statement reconciliations and deal with supplier and internal enquiries.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for all Subcontract Ledger subledgers and resolve aged debit and credit balances.
- Produce weekly payment runs and become proficient in the use of COINS for Subcontract Ledger.
- Streamline and optimize Accounts Payable processes to enhance efficiency and implement best practices.
**Ideal Candidate:**
- 3+ years of experience working in Accounts Payable, with a strong background in the construction industry (CIS/VAT/DRC).
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
