Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet the client's requirements and expectations.
- Estimating and Budgeting: Prepare and manage project estimates, budgets, and schedules, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial management.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful project delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project is delivered safely and within budget.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards, and that any issues or defects are promptly addressed.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and senior management, to ensure that project progress and issues are clearly understood.
