Christmas Stylist Opportunity at Jo Malone London

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Christmas Stylist to join our team at Jo Malone London in St Andrews, Scotland. As a Christmas Stylist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to our peak trading period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, building rapport and exceeding expectations
  • Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our peak trading period
  • Support colleagues in creating a memorable customer experience

As a Christmas Stylist, you will have the opportunity to engage with our customers, maximise sales, and be part of our highly performing teams. We offer a variety of rotas and contracts to meet different schedules, and you will have access to a range of benefits, including staff discount and brand incentives.

Requirements
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about our brands
  • Great communicator, able to positively engage with customers
  • Flexibility to work across peak in the six weeks leading up to Christmas
  • Positive outlook and accommodating, can-do attitude
  • Responsive to business needs, proactive to go above and beyond
