Department Overview:

The Component Engineering division is essential in providing support across various engineering disciplines and the broader organization. As a member of this multi-faceted team, you will engage in administrative tasks, offer technical guidance, liaise with suppliers, and address internal inquiries. Your efforts will ensure the delivery of a robust component service, characterized by precise data management and expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:

Your role will encompass the following duties:

  • Addressing and managing support inquiries.
  • Handling component data in accordance with lifecycle status, export regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Executing administrative functions within departmental protocols.
  • Providing support across Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, or Material categories.
  • Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven knowledge and experience with components and parts.
  • Relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with key stakeholders.

*Security Clearance is necessary for this position, with the possibility to start under preliminary checks.
