About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Rohan Designs. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving the success of our store in Bath, ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Sales: Assist customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.
  • Store Operations: Organize and implement store rotas, covering shifts and holidays through effective staff management, and maintain a high level of store standards.
  • Staff Management: Train and motivate sales staff on selling procedures, delegate tasks effectively, and nurture a thirst for product knowledge within the team.
  • Merchandise Management: Organize store merchandise standards, restock merchandise, and improve commerciality through effective inventory management.
