The Histology department is in search of a dedicated and proactive Medical Administrative Coordinator to become a vital part of our professional and welcoming Cellular Pathology team at Barts Health NHS Trust.
The role requires a commitment of 30 hours per week, with the expectation to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an individual with experience in audio typing and familiarity with medical terminology. The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in Cellular Pathology (Histopathology).
Our department processes approximately 12,000 surgical specimens annually from various clinical specialties.

Barts Health NHS Trust operates as an arms-length organization delivering pathology services to multiple NHS Trusts. Our Pathology Partnership is structured around established models for pathology networks, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all sites.
The Pathology services encompass a wide range of specialties, including Blood Sciences, Infectious Diseases, Cellular Pathology, Immunology, and more.
