Role Summary – Technical Maintenance Specialist
This position offers a diverse and engaging experience, where you will be tasked with various aspects of Maintenance Engineering in a vibrant and fast-paced production setting.
Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Diagnosing faults
- Responding to emergency breakdowns and executing repairs
- Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Overseeing the installation of new machinery and equipment as necessary
- Engaging in Continuous Improvement initiatives
The ideal candidate will have completed a traditional apprenticeship and preferably hold an HNC in Engineering, whether in Mechanical, Electrical, or Multi-skilled disciplines. You should possess substantial experience in managing all facets of plant and equipment maintenance, ideally within a manufacturing or production context. A proven track record in fault diagnosis and plant repair, along with a solid understanding of a wide array of fast-moving production machinery, is essential.
