Building Services Design Estimator

The M&E Cost Manager plays a pivotal role in managing costs and budgets of construction projects, encompassing new builds, renovations, and maintenance works. This encompasses early cost advice to the settlement of the final account, working across a wide range of projects and sectors within our Property division.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
- Delivering high-quality services and ensuring that cost management deliverables meet Customers' requirements.
- Managing projects to deliver high-quality services and deliverables in accordance with the business procedures.
- Cost planning and settlement of final accounts.
- Administrating contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent.
- Identifying new business development opportunities and driving growth across the Business Units activities.
- Advising Directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or that might arise, on projects.

- Sound ICT skills, with a good level of proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Clear understanding of legislation impacting on building contracts.
