About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Loss Adjuster to join our team at Everpool. As a key member of our adjusting team, you will be responsible for handling domestic and commercial property losses over £25,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to determine the cause and quantum of insurance claims.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure they receive exceptional service and support.
  • Maintain confidentiality and high personal ethical standards throughout the claims process.
  • Investigate claims in a timely manner, gathering high-quality information through site notes, photographs, witness statements, and other relevant evidence.
  • Develop a step-by-step plan to conclude claims, taking into account policy liability, quantum, and subrogation issues.
  • Make informed decisions regarding policy liability, quantum, and risk management issues, seeking assistance from colleagues when necessary.
  • Maintain effective communication with various parties to orchestrate a successful claims outcome.
  • Provide exceptional technical, quality, and customer service commitment.
  • Contribute to Everpool's goal of being the best in the market.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction within the parameters of policy cover.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in property claims insurance.
  • Professional and personal approach when dealing with customers.
  • CII/CILA qualification or working towards.
