Position: Supply Chain Operations Specialist (Full-time, Permanent)
Our client, Best Selection, operating in the engineering sector focused on electro-mechanical products, is in search of a skilled Supply Chain Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer orders are validated according to the Commercial framework agreement and maintain documentation adhering to JSOX audit standards.
  • Input sales orders into SAP.
  • Provide weekly updates on the open order book to Account Managers.
  • Conduct monthly analysis of forecasts.
  • Monitor and report on trends and modifications in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
  • Address demand-related challenges and coordinate timely solutions with relevant departments.
  • Effectively communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.
  • Utilize and enhance SAP and Power BI to create reports that support S&OP processes across Europe.
  • Assist management with risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with finance to prepare the monthly performance review package.
  • Maintain and develop SAP as a crucial reporting tool for order book status.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain or Coordination role.
  • Experience in the engineering sector is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with SAP or a comparable system.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Results-driven mindset.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Self-motivated and persistent.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £33,000, along with hybrid working options, flexible hours, 26 days of holiday, medical benefits, and a pension plan.
