Breakfast Team Member

We are seeking a charismatic and driven Breakfast Team Member to join our team at Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel. As a Breakfast Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet guests with a friendly and warm welcome, seating them for breakfast and explaining our breakfast concept.
- Take hot drink orders and ensure that our breakfast station is kept clean and organized at all times.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to provide an excellent breakfast service to our guests and consistently improve our breakfast scores.
- Availability to work 20 hours per week across a variety of shifts, including weekends.
- Experience as a waiter/waitress or server in a 4 or 5* hotel.
- An eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
- Competitive hourly rate of 12.00, with guaranteed hours and paid overtime.
