Job Title: Senior Trust Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Trust Officer to join our team at AP Group Ltd in Jersey. As a Senior Trust Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining and delivering the administration of a portfolio of client cases, ensuring exceptional service delivery and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a mixed portfolio of company and trust structures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Prepare Annual Reviews as required, reviewing account ledgers and preparing minutes and resolutions on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Jersey company law and relevant regulations.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prioritize workload to ensure all deadlines are met, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in trust and company administration, with a strong understanding of Jersey company law and regulations.
  • Hold a relevant professional qualification, such as ICSA or STEP Diploma.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a working knowledge of relevant software applications.
