Desired Criteria
- A willingness to participate in further training and development.
- A Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
- English GCSE grade 4/C or above.
- Maths GCSE grade 4/C or above.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with commercial kitchen routines and practices.
Required Criteria
- An NVQ Level 2 or equivalent catering qualification.
- Up-to-date Allergen Training certification.
- A strong understanding of food safety practices.
- Demonstrable culinary experience in a similar role.
- A Level 2 Food Safety qualification.
