Desired Criteria

  • A willingness to participate in further training and development.
  • A Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
  • English GCSE grade 4/C or above.
  • Maths GCSE grade 4/C or above.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with commercial kitchen routines and practices.

Required Criteria

  • An NVQ Level 2 or equivalent catering qualification.
  • Up-to-date Allergen Training certification.
  • A strong understanding of food safety practices.
  • Demonstrable culinary experience in a similar role.
  • A Level 2 Food Safety qualification.
