Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our International Advertising Monitoring team as a Data Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, monitoring, and coding advertising from various media platforms, using our proprietary monitoring software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and monitor advertising from television, radio, press, and digital platforms
  • Catalog key details from monitored adverts to help clients improve their media campaigns and monitor competitor activity
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all departmental deadlines are met
  • Meet productivity and quality targets to support the team's Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Provide cover within the department or other areas of the business as required
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure quality and consistency
  • Utilize company systems effectively
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Additional language skills are an advantage
  • High attention to detail
  • Delivery-focused
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Good basic numeracy skills
  • Familiarity with the Google suite
  • Strong results focus and sensitive people skills
  • Professional and informal demeanor
  • Flexibility to work between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, and between 8am and 4:40pm on weekends (if required)
  • Ability to work some UK Bank Holiday days, with potential for additional payments
