Page Personnel Finance is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join their team in Castleford. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet timed deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all invoices have the correct PO number
  • Chase applications for payments to ensure they have appropriate certification from the customer
  • Process customer invoices
  • Identify errors with invoices and resolve any issues
  • Ensure new customers' invoice process is adopted correctly
  • Produce invoices and credits to a high standard to enable the business to function smoothly

Requirements:

  • Worked in a similar background before
  • Confident on the phone
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to meet timed deadlines
  • Attention to detail
