- Experience: 10+ years of experience working on complex multi-country employee benefits-related projects and relationships.
- Skills: Significant experience of working with clients on consulting projects across the spectrum of employee benefits, including corporate transactions, employee benefits financing, benchmarking, and global benefits governance.
- Relationship Building: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships.
- Stakeholder Management: Broad experience in managing stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and senior internal leadership.
- Global Benefits Knowledge: Demonstrable understanding of and practical experience in how employee benefits programmes work globally, and how these programmes are effectively governed and managed at a global level.
- Core Benefit Programs: Solid understanding of core benefit programs, including Retirement, Risk, Medical.
- Payroll, HR, Finance, Pensions, and Flexible Benefits: Working knowledge of payroll, HR, finance, pensions, and flexible benefits.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to resolve issues using strong analytical skills.
- Results-Oriented: Results-orientated, accustomed to setting high standards and working in a demanding environment.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deploy appropriate resources to meet tight deadlines.
