  • Lead a team of quality professionals to ensure effective quality management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a GMP environment
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Experience with auditing and quality metrics
