Job Purpose
We are in search of a proactive Investor Relations Officer to deliver extensive support to our Investor Relations (IR) team on a fixed-term contract. This position provides valuable exposure to senior management and the investment community. Key responsibilities encompass organizing conferences and meetings, preparing external communication materials, and coordinating the quarterly earnings process.

The Investor Relations team acts as the primary liaison with the investment community, aiming to effectively convey the company’s business strategy, ensure transparent financial disclosures, and enhance investor perception of the organization.

Main Accountabilities
- Inbound Inquiries & Meeting Requests: Oversee incoming inquiries and meeting requests from the investment community, including both telephonic and in-person engagements with investor relations representatives and/or company leadership.
- Investor Targeting: Support investor targeting efforts to optimize management's engagement with the investment community. Maintain the investor database and recommend suitable investment firms and individuals for future interactions.
- Presentation Creation: Assist in developing company presentations for both internal and external audiences.
- Website Management: Proactively manage the Investor Relations section of the company’s external website.
- Quarterly Financial Results: Aid in the preparation of quarterly financial results, including press releases, presentation materials, and conference calls.
- Data Collection: Provide assistance in gathering internal and external data.

Experience
  • Experience managing inquiries and meeting requests from the investment community.
  • Proficiency in assisting with investor targeting and maintaining the investor database.
  • Capability in creating company presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Experience managing the Investor Relations section of a corporate website.
  • Involvement in the production of quarterly financial results.
  • Support in collecting both internal and external data.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Bilingual proficiency (French/English preferred, but not mandatory).

Personal Skills
  • Highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented professional.
  • Adept at prioritizing responsibilities, managing multiple tasks, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with extensive interaction with professionals both internally and externally.
