We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled General Manager to lead our Lincolnshire EfW facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the safe and effective operation of the facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility.
- Develop and implement the financial budget for the area of responsibility, in conjunction with the FPA, to meet company objectives.
- Act as the link between the council and the company to deliver commercial and contractual interests.
- Implement Company Training and Development Policy, including the development of personnel and team objectives.
- Engineering degree educated with a proven track record in an EfW management role.
- Strong technical background in EfW and waste management.
- Experience in identifying opportunities that add value to the bottom line and implementing through good project management skills.
- Strong leadership skills, including a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment and determination to meet personal objectives, with a strong drive and resilience.
