About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team at BuildSpace Group. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in managing the tender process from receipt to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Management: Manage the tender process from receipt to completion, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted on time.
- Estimating: Prepare and submit detailed estimates for projects, including costs, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control project costs, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
- Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Qualifications: Degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or quantity surveying.
- Skills: Strong estimating and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
