About the Role

Lactalis US Yogurt, Inc. is seeking a talented Associate Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and brand success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage marketing strategies and plans for assigned product lines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and consumer needs.
  • Lead the implementation of advertising, packaging, and consumer research projects to support strategies and objectives.
  • Manage promotional and marketing programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Analyze brand and company performance using internal and external data sources, publishing monthly business updates to inform decision-making.
  • Track competitive positioning, products, brands, marketing, and promotion activities, providing insights to inform business strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
  • 1-3 years of brand/product marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods and/or a related industry.
  • Understanding of marketing principles with a passion for marketing and brand building.
  • Analytical approach with the ability to create data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent project management skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to drive persuasion and influence with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Team player with a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to forge strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of syndicated database analysis programs (IRI, Nielsen, etc.) a plus.
