Teaching Personnel is actively seeking a Fully Qualified Teacher to become part of our esteemed client schools to assist with their general coverage needs due to short-term teacher absences. We welcome applications from both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and seasoned educators across various subject specializations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons to minimize disruption during teacher absences, with no planning or marking responsibilities.
  • Implement effective behavior management strategies to maintain a productive and safe classroom environment.
  • Report any safeguarding concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) as a Fully Qualified Teacher.
  • Confidence in behavior management is essential.
  • Undergo a fully enhanced child workforce DBS check to verify suitability.
  • Willingness to provide at least two employment-based references is required.
