Payouts Executive - Asset Finance

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Executive to join our Payouts team at CBC Resourcing Solutions. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for the processing of new business agreements received via our specialist network of brokers, specialist car dealers, and wholesale clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation, checking, and authorisation of new business agreements
  • In-life portfolio management, including report preparation, credit application assistance, and customer relationship management
  • Leading others by example, supporting junior members of the team, and pro-actively developing business rules, processes, and policies
  • Building relationships with colleagues in the team and other Asset Finance Teams; Underwriting, Asset Management, Collections, and Change

Requirements

  • Experience in Asset Finance is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet service level agreements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record of developing business rules, processes, and policies
