Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of engineers in maintaining and repairing a fleet of over 55 vehicles
- Manage plant and buildings to ensure excellent service delivery
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and technical knowledge
- Work with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage resource allocation, stock, and personnel to ensure high standards of vehicle presentation
- A competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, plus a £1,500 joining bonus
- A comprehensive benefits package, including a company pension scheme, 28 days annual leave, and free travel for you and a companion
