About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at The Chislehurst Partnership. As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing complex and sensitive information regarding their physical health needs.
  • Work within your scope of practice and understanding, referring to GPs when necessary.
  • Initiate and participate in quality governance systems and processes, evaluating the quality of your work and implementing improvements.
  • Collaborate with other clinical teams to improve healthcare quality, responding to local and national policies and initiatives.
  • Use a structured framework to manage and review patient complaints, clinical incidents, and near-miss events.
  • Assess the impact of policy implementation on care delivery and understand legal issues related to vulnerable patients.
Requirements
  • Registered with the NMC and a postgraduate qualification at Level 7 or above relevant to your area of enhanced practice.
  • Experience of working autonomously in an advanced nursing role, with a broad knowledge of clinical governance and the ability to record accurate clinical notes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fully IT literate and able to formulate and implement policies, procedures, and protocols.
