Job Opportunity

TPF Recruitment, a leading accountancy practice recruitment agency in Kent, is supporting a fantastic firm of chartered accountants in their search for an Audit and Accounts Senior. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of a reputable organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute audits, with the potential to lead a team of junior auditors
  • Obtain background data for audit planning and preparation
  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Draft management letters and reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations
  • Manage time budgets and ensure efficient completion of audits
  • Maintain client confidentiality and professional relationships
  • Supervise and assist junior staff, providing guidance and support
  • Liaise with other departments to deliver exceptional client service
Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualification, or equivalent by experience
  • At least 3 years of accountancy practice experience, with a focus on audit
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
