As a key member of our team, you will provide expert guidance and advice to clients on all employee relations matters, supporting them in managing performance and absence issues, and assisting with recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on all employee relations matters.
- Support clients in managing performance and absence issues.
- Assist clients with drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Support with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programmes that foster employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while advising on best practices in human resources.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a human resources role, demonstrating knowledge of HR practices and principles.
- Familiarity with Breathe HR is highly advantageous.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and record management.
