Project Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team at BB Partnership - Chartered Architects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept design to delivery on site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality drawings and supporting information for planning applications
  • Lead coordination with external consultants and manage project-related matters to conclusion
  • Undertake contract administration and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Utilize Revit and AutoCAD on live projects within the UK
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the UK Building Regulations and Planning framework
  • Deliver high-quality design across various scales and complex urban and green belt settings
  • Develop excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Be presentable and confident when interacting with clients and contractors
  • Excellent English, both written and verbal, and eligible to work in the UK
  • NBS specification writing and 3D modeling experience (SketchUp)
