About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our department, you'll be responsible for transforming how we utilise data to achieve peak performance. You'll have the freedom to explore new ways of getting the best out of data structures and numerical analysis, and collaborate with a brilliant group of people to drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delve into diverse areas including computational fluid dynamics, track data, tyre thermal modelling, and suspension performance.
  • Work under the guidance of the Data Science Team Leader and collaborate with a talented group of people to drive performance improvements.
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance the racing car's performance and improve its overall speed.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Python, with experience in data science and machine learning libraries.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure services.
  • Knowledge of modern software development practices, including source control, change management, automated testing, and release procedures.
