Key Responsibilities

  • Support the People Services team with day-to-day HR inquiries and ensure accurate employee data is maintained.

Requirements
  • Experience in an ER Advisor role, with a strong understanding of UK and Ireland employment law.
  • Previous exposure to labour relations cases and a proven track record of success.
  • Resilience, creativity, and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
