Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the production team, your primary focus will be on maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality in the application of coatings across all products. Adherence to health and safety protocols is paramount.
- Maintain optimal productivity levels within the spray area.
- Ensure that product quality is consistently upheld during the spraying process.
- Follow quality control measures throughout the production cycle.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on evolving spray techniques, equipment, and materials.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and facilities.
- Keep the spray area organized and clean, conducting daily and weekly maintenance tasks.
- Be prepared for shift work as part of your job responsibilities.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations as outlined in company policies.
- Promptly report any health and safety concerns to team leaders.
- Foster a safe working environment and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
