Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and supporting their recovery.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing, with experience in assessing, planning, and delivering care to individuals with complex needs. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and plan care for residents with complex mental health needs
  • Deliver high-quality care, promoting physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Experience in mental health nursing, preferably in a care home setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
