Job Summary:

Optime Group, a leading aviation recruitment expert, is partnering with a well-established Ground Handling Company at Bristol Airport to recruit a skilled Ramp Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of aircraft ground handling services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer luggage, ensuring it is loaded onto the aircraft for departure and unloaded and transported to the airport on arrival.
• Work both airside and within the Undercroft (baggage unit), operating various types of vehicles to move baggage between the terminal and aircraft.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe and efficient handling of luggage.
• Collaborate with the ground handling team to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving License Required.
• Passport or Birth Certificate
• UK Settled Status (If applicable)
• Proof of National Insurance
• Proof of (current) Address
• 5 Year Address History
• 5 Year Work Reference History
