Prestige Recruitment Specialists: Farm Labourer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Farm Labourer to join our client's modern pig breeding operation in North Lincolnshire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and wellbeing of the breeding herd, as well as maintaining the condition and appearance of the farm.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily care of the pigs, including feeding, vaccinating, and moving them as required.
  • Perform pressure washing and general maintenance tasks to maintain the farm's high standards.
  • Operate farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Complete and maintain accurate records of pig data and farm activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or a strong interest in animal welfare and agriculture.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Own transport is necessary due to the rural location.
