About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Invoicer to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Truck & Van Southampton. As an Invoice and Claim Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring customers receive the best service through efficient, timely, and accurate administration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare cost estimates, invoices, and associated paperwork for all work completed within the company.
  2. Prepare and submit repair and maintenance claims and warranty claims, ensuring the quality and compliance of all documentation.
  3. Reconcile manufacturer payments, including acting upon claim discrepancies and management of aged debt.
  4. Complete regular and documented self-audits to drive continuous improvement in business processes.
  5. Support the Service Team with effective WIP control.

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with experience working in an automotive service operation or a comparable role. You should have a proven track record in warranty/service contract administration and basic knowledge of trucks, specifically Mercedes-Benz Trucks. Understanding of compliance associated with Heavy Goods Vehicles is also essential. Basic computer skills and general business knowledge are required, as well as general IT knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
