An exciting opportunity awaits for a Director of Asset Management to join our team.

In this role, you will oversee the ongoing development and implementation of our Asset Management and Sustainability Strategies. You will lead a dedicated team to create and execute our investment plans and a significant capital investment program, focusing on energy efficiency, sustainability, and environmental considerations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional qualifications and experience.
  • Proven expertise in asset management and program execution, with extensive experience in managing asset management and investment teams.
  • A strong track record of leading a customer-centric function to deliver outstanding services.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams and driving improvements to meet service delivery targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the construction, building, or maintenance sectors, along with a solid understanding of asset management principles.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, including OJEU compliance, tender design, evaluation, and third-party contractor oversight.
  • Ability to translate strategies into operational outcomes while collaborating effectively within a busy team and across various business functions.
  • Practical experience in formulating, implementing, and reviewing strategies, policies, and processes.
  • Proven ability to deliver quality work within established timelines and budget constraints.
