We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Marketing Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing and implementing SEO and growth marketing campaigns, and analyzing client website data to identify opportunities.

• Develop and implement SEO and growth marketing campaigns for clients
• Manage client relationships, including regular reporting, phone calls, meetings, and video conferencing
• Analyze client website data to identify opportunities and provide recommendations for improvement
• Project manage tasks and colleagues when working on collaborative marketing projects

• Over 2 years of experience in account management within a marketing agency or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of online marketing and SEO
• Demonstrable understanding of technical SEO considerations
• Demonstrable understanding of offsite SEO considerations
• Ability to research and write clear, professional, and engaging content
• Ability to critically appraise client websites
• Experience in conducting keyword and competitor research
• Experience and knowledge of Google Search Console and Keyword Planner
• Good experience of using, interpreting, and administering Google Analytics
• Preferable experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio
• Advanced excel/google sheet skills
• Experience of using website Content Management Systems, particularly WordPress
• Able to work to deadlines and prioritize and manage time across multiple clients
• Able to write and present campaign summaries
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Gravitas to hold and direct internal and external meetings
• Ability to proactively identify business development opportunities within client portfolio

Our office is based in a pleasant semi-rural location in Stretton, Derbyshire, with the option to work flexibly from a home office on certain days.

Depending on experience, the base salary would be in the region of £36,000 to £48,000 per annum, with a generous and uncapped additional bonus in the form of profit sharing for high-performers.
