About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to lead our project teams in delivering complex electrical engineering projects. As a Senior Electrical Engineer - Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, engineering, and construction of electrical systems and equipment, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams in the design, engineering, and construction of electrical systems and equipment
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Review and approve technical specifications, drawings, and reports
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure that projects are completed in accordance with client requirements, industry standards, and company policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a project management role
  • Proven track record of delivering complex electrical engineering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
