About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Just IT. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you will play a crucial role in helping us make data-driven decisions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Detective: Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Pipeline Perfection: Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows to ensure accurate, accessible, and reliable data.
  • Insight Storyteller: Design and create data models and visualizations that bring findings to life, making them clear and actionable for stakeholders.
  • Team Collaborator: Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and turn them into actionable solutions.
  • Problem Solver: Conduct deep-dive analyses to support key business initiatives and strategic goals.
  • Data Optimiser: Monitor the performance of data-driven projects and suggest improvements to make them even better.
  • Trend Watcher: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics.
Requirements
  • Strong Independent Work Ethic: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Highly Organised: Excellent organisational skills to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
  • Effective Communication: Great written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Self-Motivated and Eager to Learn: Strong desire to learn and grow, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Eligibility Requirements: Must be based in the West Midlands, employed, self-employed, career changers, returners to work, or unemployed within the last 12 months, and have the right to live and work in the UK.
