About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Supervising Pharmacist to join our client's independent pharmacy in Co. Armagh. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the management of the dispensary and a dynamic team of pharmacy professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of dispensary operations, including staff supervision and training
- Ensuring regulatory compliance with PSI obligations and other regulatory bodies
- Engaging with customers to promote customer loyalty and confidence
- Managing the pharmacy's operations, including stock control and ordering
- Performing other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy
Requirements:
- Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland (PSNI)
- At least 3 years' experience working in Northern Ireland as a pharmacist
- Relevant experience in a pharmacy setting, including management and leadership roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
