Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own set of DB/DC schemes, working at the forefront of the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a pensions professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of DB/DC schemes, ensuring timely and accurate administration
  • Provide technical expertise on defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with current legislation and scheme rules, ensuring compliance and best practice
  • Collaborate with the projects team to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in pensions administration, with a focus on defined benefit and defined contribution schemes
  • Strong technical knowledge of cradle-to-grave pensions administration, including scheme rules and current legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
