Job Summary:

TQR is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Operations Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the accounting department, you will be responsible for providing financial support to the company's growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage financial statements for various business structures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee tax compliance, including personal and corporate tax returns, to minimize financial risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage bookkeeping and accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Support the team through general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possess strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers, with a focus on financial analysis and reporting.
  • Be comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel for daily tasks, including financial modeling and data analysis.
  • AAT qualified or equivalent experience in accounting and financial services.
