Electronics Design Engineer Opportunity

CMC is seeking an experienced Electronics Design Engineer to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. As a key supplier to the automotive industry, we design and develop electrification products for commercial vehicles.

You will work closely with systems, software, mechanical, and safety engineers to produce complete vehicle solutions and individual product applications. This role offers exposure to the entire project lifecycle, from maintenance to development of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop analogue and digital electronics systems for safety-critical applications.
  • Apply system engineering and product lifecycle considerations to ensure efficient and effective solutions.
  • Utilize industry-standard electronics CAD tools, such as Altium Designer, and simulation packages.
  • Develop and prototype electronics systems, with expertise in bench testing, commissioning, and fault finding.
