As an electrician with Atlantic Facilities & Maintenance Ltd., your primary duties will involve both reactive and preventive maintenance for commercial clients, focusing on retail and other commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in project oversight, cost estimation, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient understanding of general electrical systems
  • Experience in troubleshooting and emergency lighting systems
  • Familiarity with fire alarm systems, access control mechanisms, and data networking
  • Capability to conduct Fixed Wire & Period Inspections and PAT Testing
  • Expertise in general building upkeep and fabric repairs

Candidate Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in the electrical field
  • Relevant educational qualifications in electrical trades or equivalent
  • Additional competencies in access control, electrical testing, emergency lighting, and fire alarm systems
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work autonomously
  • Proficient in computer skills and exceptional customer service
  • Possession of a full, clean driving license
