Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic Integrated Project Team (IPT) at Leonardo. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and delivery of sophisticated sensor solutions for fixed and rotary wing aircraft, catering to a diverse range of national and international clients. Your responsibilities will revolve around implementing project management best practices in product-based delivery projects. Moreover, you will be instrumental in crafting schedules for large development contracts in the bidding phase to facilitate the attainment, mobilization, and successful execution of upcoming projects. A pivotal component of this position entails devising multiple scenario plans aligned with customer requirements and resource availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources to meet project requirements, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel and equipment.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
