Job Title: Application Developer

Guidant Global is seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our team on a 12-month contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering new capability that is critical to various priority workstreams in our dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy data processing solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Implement data filtering and compliance checks for data movement between customers and domains
  • Deploy and maintain in-house Kubernetes clusters for application deployments in multiple domains
  • Develop and maintain NiFi Ansible roles for users to spin up their own clusters
  • Provide NiFi guidance, training, and support
  • Contribute to software and infrastructure innovation efforts
  • Contribute features and bug fixes to open-source projects used by the team
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of Python, C#, JavaScript, and basic RHEL/CentOS
  • Eligibility for DV clearance
Desirable Skills:
  • React experience
  • Django and Django Rest Framework experience
  • Java, C#, Golang, and Go experience
  • CI/CD experience with Jenkins
  • OpenShift, Terraform, Kubernetes, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Prometheus Stack, Loki, Apache NiFi, and Ansible experience
