About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our dynamic team at Kilgannon & Partners LLP, a leading boutique law firm specializing in HR, employment law, and immigration.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of employment law, settlement agreements, and tribunal procedures, with excellent communication and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision, providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of employment law matters.
  • Draft, review, and advise on legal documents, including settlement agreements, contracts, policies, and tribunal pleadings.
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients and undertake litigation, including advocacy, if desired.
  • Develop strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
About You

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor with 5+ years of PQE in employment law, with a proven track record of managing a busy caseload effectively.

Candidates should have excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
