Bench Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bench Joiner to join our client's team in a permanent position. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing business that offers career progression and a flexible working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow specifications and read full technical drawings and cutting lists
• Assemble and machine joinery products
• Operate various machines, including cross cut, dim saw, surface planner/thicknesser, and spindle moulder
• Undertake various tasks in the workshop as required
• Work as part of a team
• Be flexible in approach to work and duties

Requirements:

• Time served and hold the correct joinery qualifications (NVQ, diploma, or City & Guilds)
• Able to work as part of a team
• Flexible in approach to work and duties
• Passion for joinery and carpentry

Working Hours and Pay:

Monday to Friday (flexibility to suit start and finish)

Pay rate is dependent on experience and skill set, ranging from £14.50 to £16.50 per hour. For the right person, money is negotiable.
